Praise Be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. May Allah raise the rank of the beloved Prophet, the righteous Leader and the last of the Messengers of God, Prophet Muhammad, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, his virtuous and honourable kin and companions, and all those who follow in their path until the Day of Doom. The verse from the Holy Qur’an says what means: “Be righteous and work with piety; If you do, Allah Sees you and Knows about your deeds”.
In order to spread and transfer goodness amongst all, and in order to guide the community’s children towards self-betterment, the Islamic Charity Projects Association has placed great emphasis on the importance of scouting activities, seeing it as a means to recruit the youth and to direct them away from the streets. Children are in need of guidance and direction, in order to refrain from corruption and evil. The Muslim Scouts Australia teaches manners, discipline, self-help and deliver interpersonal skills that promote children and youth to reach their potential, boost their self-esteem and confidence, and give them a ‘fair go’ as well as a chance to face the obstacles and hardships of life.
